Large-scale .NET insurance broker platform covering quotes, renewals, and claims across multiple insurers — feature delivery, scheme updates to match client and regulatory needs, and ongoing support.

I contributed to a full insurance broker system built in .NET, used to run quotes, renewals, and claims for brokers working with multiple major insurers. It is a large, long-lived platform that covers the bulk of day-to-day broker operations, not a thin quoting widget.
The system sits at the centre of broker workflows: from first quote through renewal cycles and into claims handling, with data and rules shaped by each insurer scheme. Insurers and products in scope included LV, GirlsDriveBetter, OneCall, Yoga, Policywise, and Greenlight, among others — each with its own scheme configuration, validations, and business rules that had to stay accurate as products and regulations evolved.
I integrated new features into the live platform, kept insurance schemes up to date with changing client and compliance needs, and carried out support and maintenance so brokers could rely on the system for high-volume, regulated work.
Broker platforms are mission-critical: mistakes in pricing, eligibility, or claims data have real customer impact. This work is evidence of comfort with large .NET codebases, domain-heavy logic, and sustainable delivery — shipping improvements without destabilising a system many users depend on.
Core broker workflows for quoting and renewals across connected insurer products, within a single cohesive system.
Claims and policy servicing features integrated into the same stack brokers use day to day, reducing hand-offs and inconsistency.
Supported schemes for leading brands including LV, GirlsDriveBetter, OneCall, Yoga, Policywise, and Greenlight — keeping products aligned with client requirements.
